Surrounded by a breathtakingly beautiful and untouched landscape in the heart of Obersaxen you will find the Alpenlodge Val Gronda. At the sunny plateau of Obersaxen at an altitude of 1000 to 2800 meters you are greeted by a family-friendly ambience, idyllic nature and the fascination of sun, snow and a mood that only mountains can convey. Born in the year of 1976 as “Tschappinahüs” and to this day known to many as “Sporthotel Val Gronda”, in 2014 our hotel took a self-determined “timeout”. It took some years to revitalize our house with a new concept and extensive renovations. With the start of the 2020/2021 winter season, the “Alpenlodge Val Gronda” will open its door for you again, shining in a new bright light.
