The Residenza Motta is a romantic Ticino house with a green Mediterranean courtyard in the heart of the old town of Locarno, near the Piazza Grande and the Visconti Castle. The Residenza Motta has comfortable, nice, renovated and full equipped 1-room and 2-room-apartments. Residenza Motta is a family managed house.
